I know this issue has been reported but I figured i'd make an updated post. After getting the dialog from Vola in the Tenshodo HQ in lower Jeuno, you are required to speak to the door. Upon speaking to the door, the cutscene commences and it looks like an NPC is supposed to walk around the corner and give you some dialog to continue the quest. No one appears and nothing happens as well as you just getting stuck there. This would be less of an issue except I can no longer get into the Tenshodo HQ because no matter what job I am, it starts the cutscene and gets me stuck in place every single time.
