Post subject:  Need Play Online Viewer Password - didnt need 1 before
so i get the play on;line viewer pop up - and i just press enter and easy i get into the game and got to level 3

and this 1 time i press no = and now i cant get in and it asks me for a password and im username 1 on play online

what do i do please - i checked support - nothing about play online

Are you using Nasomi's launcher? Typically it's something called NasomiXI Launcher that's added to your Desktop. POL Viewer isn't involved at all with Nasomi's version locked installation, as the boot.exe bypasses all that. Did you load any other private servers or the retail client since it last worked for you? I would double check your configuration to make sure it's setup correctly and that you are launching the right way.

I dont think you are suppose to press no. Close completely and restart

all i have is ff11 retail and nasomi - all i know its part of nasomi ....maybe cause i have retail install and it work before but i accidently click no - gonna do reinstall - ty

Don't click on retail when launching.

Click Nasomi instead. POL shouldn't be opening.
