Post subject:  Capucine Southern San d'Oria (E-9) Standard Merchant : Not Working
The merchant named Capiucine located in Southern San d'Oria (E-9) isn't working. When clicked upon she doesn't say anything or allow you to buy or sell anything.

Thought I'd let ya know... perhaps it's intentional, I'm new to Nasomi so perhaps she wasn't avaliable in the era... I personally can't recall.

This NPC appears to have been added in 2012, so safe it say its out of era.
