Has anyone tried installing Nasomi on a Linux box with the installer? I guess I could install manually via Ashita but I was wondering if anyone has tried it with the offical installer. When I tried, I had some failure problems so it's not turn key. |

Good to know it's working still. It was not out of the box for me -- but it turns out that I had forgot I was running in a 64 bit prefix, and it did not seem to like that. Installing now, but it might take a bit so time will tell if it will work. Thanks! |

Installer worked with some tweaks; POL-0033 acctually connecting though. Will debug. |

What tweaks besides running on the 32 bit prefix? Also, someone else reported having an issue connecting just now too, it may not be you. edit: oh, you were the one in naschat with the networking problems. |

FYI for others -- yeah, connection issues resolved themselves. Page write faults now which are sweet, but a different problem... |

Issue is resolved; talking with Nabutso they're going to update the wiki to reflect the new findings. |

I followed the wiki and I assume the page fault you were seeing is the same I'm seeing. I can login and get to the Accept/Decline screen and when I hit accept it does a bit of loading and then crashes out. How did you resolve it and what Linux distro are you running? I'm starting to wonder if it's a distro thing or maybe even a desktop environment thing. Any help here would be much appreciated as I really want to get this running on my Linux box. |
