Hello, yesterday I decided to level up my fishing skills. Being in Selbina fishing the system tell me that I had risen to level 0 each time I level up (I checked it in the craft skill menu) in the menu it came out that it was level 5 although the system kept telling me that it had risen to level 0 When I was 5 I decided to go for Moat Carps and what was my surprise that I had skill level 0. Any ideas? |

It's a visual bug. Your proper fishing skill level is told to you whenever you get a skillup. While your skill the in the Status menu raises a full level with each skillup. To fix the UI, simply change gear(so your model blinks) or zone. |

Isnt a visual bug becose i cant fish moat carps. Its told me something about my skill isnt enough for the catch and then lacks it. In selbina i was 5 and in ronfaure im 0 |

When you login to Account, at the top of this page, and go to Jobs and Crafts.... What level does it say your fishing is? When that says 5, you can catch moat carp. |

It is a visual bug in the sense that you weren't actually level 5 to begin with, not that you're not actually level 0 now - you have it backwards. |

This is easy guys. I lvl up in selbina 5 times (each time i raise its told me i raises to lvl 0) then when i check on the craft skills menu i was in lvl 5. Then i head to ronfaure and cant do a succes catch. Check my skills and im 0 Edit: on the account in the web tell me im 0.7 fishing. I swear was lvl 5 ingame craft skill menu |

It's a visual bug, like Drop said. You were 0. You leveled up a total of 5 times, making you .7. The game's crafting menu was counting the number of skill-ups you got (.1 and .2's) as the full levels, and thus saying you were level 5. When you zoned, it corrected back to you being level 0 really. (0.7) You're .7 fishing, and need 4.3 more levels to catch moat carps. It should take you a few hours, but just continue doing what you were doing in Selbina until the account page says you're at least level 5 fishing. |

Also Fishing doesn't work exactly like on release and you won't catch moat carps until you're level 5ish, it's Cobalt Jellyfish all the way to that point. Ffxiclopedia and other sources are not accurate when it comes to Fishing, only the info on WikiNas works for this server. Look up the guides there! Good luck and happy fishing! |

I would just refresh the account page on nasomi.com instead of the game menu. |
