I remember back in the days, IME plugin worked under Windows XP. Today I'm on Win 7, set my default system language to Japanese, yet FFXI still won't accept any Japanese character. I've read a few threads found on Google seem to suggests no one got it working. Just curious because Id really love to use my kaomoji. |

The easiest workaround is to type it in notepad or really anywhere not in ffxi, then copy and paste it. After you paste it, you have to hit something else like spacebar for it to show up in your textbox. |
