After installing and clicking on the NasomiXI icon, I get a .Net error. To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0 Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework. What should I do here to get this working? |

The installer should normally install this for you. Could you try running the installer again? |

Thanks for the suggestion! Sadly I'm having the same problem after uninstalling and reinstalling. |

Try to download the correct .net framework version |

Ok that was so simple.. sorry for needing help with that. I thought that was updated enough. When I pull up the log in area for the game, it asks me to select 1 or 2. I select 1 and enter my login info from the site here. Is that the correct info? It's telling me it's not. I can log in here fine. |

It's the log info you created to log into the game with. Log into https://na.nasomi.com/account/ to create a game account. |
