Guessing this is a bug, I tried searching and looking through the pinned known bugs but didn't see this, apologies if it was covered somewhere.
Was farming paper in Eldieme Necropolis and saw our PT dying so I cast Escape. I successfully finished the Escape cast and a second afterwards the mob landed Sleepga II on my party. It instantly killed everyone, glitched the party UI, and glitched chat. I'll attach a screenshot for reference.
If you look at the ss, the party UI still shows us all alive, the chat log indicates that we successfully escaped (vanished) but that we all fell to the ground. The chat also glitched in that I stopped receiving any updates to party\ls chat until I finally released to homepoint. After that everything went back to normal.
