Hello. I'm quite excited to get back into the FFXI community and I tried downloading the game. When I tried downloading from the "Direct Download" it takes about 11-12 days (not a typo) to download. I have a decent internet and computer, so I don't understand why the terrible download speed. So I tried the "Torrent Download" (after the uTorrent2.0 download of course) and I only get this: magnet__xt=urn_btih_GHDNLVKIS2QP55VJOAYJ6YJEJAGF4KVN as a text document file name and I can't get anything going from it. I've tried two other torrent clients, same thing. Again, not understanding why I can't get the file. Needless to say, I'm in a bit of a pickle. Any other way to torrent the file? Or another way to download the game in general? Any advice would be great. Thanks! |

Try to add a magnet URL in your torrent program instead of just clicking the link |

Tried, no luck. I've tried with uTorrent and Vuze. Vuze is saying there isn't a source for a the torrent and that there is no peers for either client. I'm a noob at this stuff. Edit: Is there a URL for the torrent? |
