Hi. I've tried asking on Naschat multiple times but never get a reply, so i'm posting on here.

After completing the Windurst segment of the quest and travelling to Bastok, speaking to all the relevant NPC's and travelling to Palbrough Mines, entering the room with the burning circle and tackling the Seeker and Black dragon with the aid of my LS buddies, the cutscene commences. You are supposed to receive the Key Item < Kindred Crest >

but I never got it after the cutscene. Cannot re-enter the burning circle so now i'm just stuck in a limbo state, unable to finish the quest without the item. Please dont say I need to make a new character because I've spent a huge amount of time on it.

What can I do? What can anyone do? :cry:

No one can help you except nasomi. You should have sent him a PM through naschat with all the details already.

Dont assume i haven't Nabutso.
I've been on Naschat nearly every day posting a PM to " ~Nasomi " and each and every time heard nothing back.

At this point i have to wonder if im even PM'ing the right thing on the right side names list.

If you leave chat, nas can't respond to you. You haven't been in naschat for much time at all these past 2 weeks since you reported it on Aug 13.

Just today nas reiterated to me: "I get a message with a problem fix it, then they're gone. A week later they report the same issue, because they don't bother to check"... this was probably related to your issue, as anyone I speak to about PMing him, I tell them not to leave chat. Your response in this thread seems to indicate you PM'd him before I said anything.

Do you want nas to sit there staring at naschat waiting for everyone who PM'd him to log on so he can message them? No. If you want to hear back, it's your responsibility. Either you go and check if it's fixed, or you don't leave chat until it is.

Ok fair enough, i didn't know thats how naschat was operated. I thought a message would be sent via the forums or a ticked would be logged or whatever. I'm not the asshole you think i am, promise :D
Now I know in future.

The issue of using the burning circle seems to have been resolved for now anyway. Whether it's because of happenstance or a fix, im grateful.

Or not, here we go again! :lol:
