Windy has Ronfaure, yet when I go there with supplies the sandoria flag is still flying and the guard is sandorian. Wont take my supplies, so I cant get the OP. help? EDIT: This has been fixed as of 2018/08/23 2138 EST! I just went back again and the tarutaru was there to accept my supplies. wooho!! |

Known issue. You are SOL, and everyone else who took these supplies too. Only thing that fixes it is the zone being restarted. Nas really needs to fix this bug. |

Is it in the FAQ? Point to it. Otherwise: If you don't report it Nas won't know. There's no ticket system to know what's already been reported. Nas prioritizes depending on volume of complaints. Sometimes... Don't post here, Nas doesn't read them. Send PMI. And now: But don't send PMs because he already knows... These are all things you have said(generalized, correct if I've generalized too much). Maybe we could use guidelines for the community to use on what should or shouldn't be reported? I've been accused of over logic-ing things and maybe this is one of those times but obviously I felt my advice fit based on how most of the threads around here unfold. |

It isn't in the FAQ. I get that you're trying to help. There are no guidelines. I'm asking you because I know, not because there is somewhere to find out. I ask people to PM on specific issues, not just everything posted. |

No, nas has no secretary. But you -should- at least try to have some idea of what nas is aware of and what he wants to deal with before telling people to PM him, something he explicitly says not to ever do. short guidelines: if it's a general issue that applies to many people, he's already going to be aware about it, and has either decided not to fix it yet or has already fixed it and is waiting for maint. yes, some major, widespread issues should be PM'd when they first occur, or at least when they occur again, but you shouldn't continue to spam PM him or tell people to spam PM him to try to get him to do something about it if you know he's been contacted several times already. if you have new details, of course you could provide them if it's a personal issue, he's not going to be aware of it. A completely broken quest or something similar? he needs to be told YOU have that problem, by you, so he can fix you. and even then you should go through other channels, like naschat or here on the forums, to confirm whether or not you've taken the steps to resolve it yourself first. |
