I know I am resurrecting the dead, but I am a new player and remembered this quest. Quest giver, gives no response
It's a cool hate would be nice to see fixed.

Hi everyone, Can anyone confirm if this quest is in-game or not, it is the one that rewards the windshear hat, I have tried several times and get no reponse, it's probably not in game but if it is just wondering if I am doing something wrong, much appreciated. I have the same problem, the NPC does not respond when I try to speak with him. |

I can confirm that the quest still is broken...tried to talk to the NPC Baron-Moren inside the shop but nothing happens. |
