Hi, Looking at chat log timers, using /fish at every available chance, I got "You didn't catch anything" for 7 minutes before my next bite. I've had this a few times now taking 5-8 minutes between bites, thinking back to retail it didn't seem this bad? |

Would like to know if fishing is normal after the update. I couldn't catch anything and heard some ppl saying you would crash if didnt complete the minigame. |

Nah, that's not quite what happened. Just wait a few seconds after having a no-bite cast right now til it's fixed. |

Nah, that's not quite what happened. Just wait a few seconds after having a no-bite cast right now til it's fixed. Happened 3 times in 1 hour, I hit 24 'no bite' messages. Zoning seemed to help. |

What fishing skill are you at? If you're still in Selbina by chance, that's pretty normal there |

Fishing is still bugged in Sauromugue. If you dont reel in rusty buckets and let the minigame end your character can't fish or move. Only solution i found its to shutdown and relogin. |

I've also had the lock up/ freeze when cancelling my casts. I can also say the op is correct. I witnessed an entire group of 5+ people casting in sandoria catch absolutely nothing for 6 minutes straight out of nowhere. Previously it was almost a constant stream of people catching catfish. I don't know if this is some intended functionality or not but it was certainly odd to witness. |

Still broken in certain zones. If you choose to not reel in an item or a monster, you have to force relog. |
