ghost hasn't moved and is inaccessible. is hiding behind a hut in G-8 southern map of windy waters....not even sure why I came to do the 3rd city since the reward is bugged for females. |

She's still bugged. I hope they extend the deadline since it has been unobtainable for half the event. |

Windy NPC bugged, the entire event bugged for female characters... its tiresome how shoddy things are being released lately, to be blunt. |
