I zoned into East Ronfaure and the game crashed. I tried as many of the fixes as I knew how to do under the troubleshooting guide but had no luck. I decided to uninstall the entire game and reinstall it. But now after I successfully "log in" through the boot system, I'm getting a message that says "Trying to download Playonline and Tetramaster but these files are not available..." and that window remains on top of where the game window should be and the game never loads. Does anybody know what's going on? |

Oh, and a day later after I uninstalled the game Nasomi.com is still showing I'm logged in. |

It says to uninstall Playonline. Does this mean I should just delete the whole folder? I suck at computers so I really am not sure where to go to 'uninstall POL'. Also, should I do this with the Tetramaster folder, too? |

Nevermind...I'm stupid. I found it...but now the "logged on but not logged on" problem remains. Error code 3113. I have tried all the options. |
