Unable to Login Character - Error POL-0001

Character Name - Elvleather

I have been unable to login this character for several months.
Every time I try to login I receive POL-0001 error.
There are several other characters on this account and I am able to login with them.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

If you have more than 4 characters on that same account that could be the problem. How many do you have?

I have 5 total actually.
Is there a limit to how many characters you can have per account?

I remember hearing that having more than one character per account wasn't a good idea. . was months ago, and not sure how true it was.

It causes problems to have more than 4 (in my experience). I have to agree with @Daeoc, I believe that someone had mentioned that @Nasomi was saying that ideal # of characters per account is 1.

But that 5th character is probably what is causing this to happen. I'd try and contact Nas to see what (if anything) can be done. Otherwise, make a new account and transfer off everything you are hording on one of the toons, before you delete it. That may free up access to this character for you.

So.. I actually deleted the 5th character off the account.
Gave it some time and have now been able to login to Elvleather, that was getting POL-0001 everytime.
So it does appear that 4 characters per account might be the max to try having.
