Hello all.
My character seems to be bugged on sandy 2-3, Journey to Bastok. I talked to Halver, got the Letter to the Consulate or whatever it was called, and made my way to Bastok.
There, I was able to interact with the Consulate lady whos name starts with an S, and got the cut scene, followed by instructions to bring her an Onz of Mithril Sand, but first go talk to Pius.
My mission log updated.
So, I went and talked to Pius, and he blabbered in my face before telling me to go and talk to Grohm.
Here is where the problem lies~
Grohm just stands there, not initiating a cut scene or anything of the sort. He just mumbles about humes or some junk, completely aloof that Pius told me to go talk to him.
Frustrated, I figured my quest had glitched out and I needed to return to Sandy and speak to Halver again.
Buuut that did nothing.
I made sure I talked to all of the NPC's for the quest over again in Bastok (Consulate lady, Pius then Grohm) before I returned to Sandy, so im thinking this could be a flagging issue?
My wife who plays next to me didnt have any issues getting Grohm to talk to her, and we followed the quest together.
I cant even abandon it to start over to try if i wanted to
Any help is appreciated~
