If you had this issue and do not have COR unlocked now after zoning at least once, click the ??? again to unlock COR. Sorry for the trouble.

I can confirm it is now working. I had to click the Rock Slab the triggers the final cutscene in Talacca Cove. thanks for getting this fixed for us

I can confirmed it is not working for me. I had completed the quest Saturday, tried clicking the ??? again and the Rock Slab and it didnt work.

i have the same problem. i went back to click the ??? in Talacca but nothing happens. My quest was complete, i ealso received the corsair die.
