I found the moogle that makes a dinghy and click on the dinghy. It returns me to K-9, so I'm still on the same side. I am trying to finish the flower quest but at this point it's not happening. |

Derp, apparently i just have to port on the skipper for it to port me. I was porting myself back and forth on accident. |
