I can post now but if I open another window it's likely to happen again.

Tried emailing support but assume they are pretty busy, the support function at the top doesn't work.

If I open the Forums , 9 times out of 10 it states I have been IP Banned.

Any ideas?

I get that on occasion, usually if I just log in, it fixes itself and I'm not banned anymore.
