Hello, just to give some background I've originally reported this issue about a month ago to Nasomi in a direct message, I hope that a thread post will get a more immediate attention due to the fact I cannot do LB3 until I get rank 4 which is now really becoming a problem and further preventing me from progress.
My character's name is Dyldo. I'm Sandy ranked and i consider the possibility that lure of the wildcats of sandy is an active quest on my character which may be complicating things will Halver at the turn in of mission 2-3 for completion. Upon Speaking with Halver at the end of 2-3 he begins to speak with me as if I had just begun the mission. I have the Key item, "Kindred Report" which is required to complete mission 2-3.
I would really like to continue my progress towards level cap and new adventures and job lvling. Please take care of this bug, my ability to progress unfortunately weighs heavily on this now since rank is involved in LB3.
