enabling Microsoft C++ Runtimes is stuck on the installer portion of the installation.Any ideas what might be causing all of this? |

Can you output the installer? Windows? Mac? Linux? |

Did you launch it as Admin (right-click, run as admin)? Sometimes scripted events can fail if they don't have admin access. |

yes i did run as admin and it' win 8.1 |

Have you tried leaving it at that screen for a while? Is this a fresh install of Windows? |

yes it's a fresh install and yes left it running for maybe 30 mins i believe. |

trying to install application again right now, if this doesn't work im fixing to go thru and make sure i have all of the runtime packages, even thought i feel as if i should have them all |

Try to do a full set of Windows updates before running the installer again. W7 and W8 may have issues running the installer without updates completed. |
