I've leveled my rdm to 18 and my BLM to 8 and my elemental magic skill ups ARE not happening or rarely at all for... i have a elemental magic skill of lvl 12 and my enfeebling is capped at 24. Is this a issue or somthing? ive gone 5 levels of just casting elemental magic spells on EP and DC mobs and nothing happens |

I did a little test with my weapon out for melee combat on the enemy im fighting and i get skill ups pretty much 4/5 spells i do. but i got 0 of them on enemies i fight where im not engaging them with my weapon out.. Possible bug? |

Skillups have always been random and needed a tiny bit of luck to get consistently. Just a coincidence I think. |

I haven't had any issues with my BLM. Once you get past valkurm, you will see an increase in skill ups. |

I always aim for targets around EM/T to my skill levels. Yeah... it can get a bit rough sometimes on BLM. Worms are great though... can use their de-aggro mechanics against them if you don't have enough in the tank to kill them in one run. Used the worms right at start of Korroloka and the exit from Qufim Tunnel to pre-cap when I was taking RDM up to 30 to unlock jobs with. Gobs can be good targets too if you can resist their bomb tosses when they blow themselves up. |
