Good Day,

Ever since the DDOS move and the new launcher requirement my clients keep randomly R0'n. I deleted ALL of nasomi / FFXI and re-installed w/ the same results. I've been here for almost 4years and this is the 1st time i cannot stay connected.

I've also re-installed the launcher w/ no success. Sometimes my client will recover, but usually it'll just drop and i need to re-log.

any ideas? My internet is fine. no issues still surfing while the R0 occurs.

Whats the date last modified/created for your boot.exe in the ffxi-bootmod folder?

12/28/2018 it seems. think i had to rename it to pol.exe so new launcher would work.

That shouldn't have been necessary. Please re-download the launcher, delete your entire existing ashita folder, and don't mess with that sort of thing (just change your resolution etc if needed) and see if you still have issues.

I had similar problems after the launcher update, noticed that when I would copy and paste ashita.exe into any directory, it would automatically create sub folders for itself, which cause alot of my crashes, had something to do with the registry values it would end up pointing to. I ended up leaving the ashita where it was, deleting desktop shortcut, creating new shortcut for the desktop, then it pulled from the correct registries and haven't had any trouble since. Idk if this helps, but maybe?

didn't work Nab. R0 both clients dropped.

Actually just 1 client dropped, boogie recovered.... usually i crash out to desktop once complete packet loss occurs.

It also happens if i just have 1 client connected.
