So I ended up in Bastok and needed some fame for rep3 and I tried to go for this quest. Last night as soon as I arrived I could do it but since then I haven't been able to repeat it It says that you should wait 15mins earth time but last night I waited probably 40 and I tried again this morning but nothing. Even though I wasn't looking at the screen the whole 15 minutes I'm fairly sure noone gave the quest in the meanwhile |
