Have been stuck on this screen for a while now, unable to logon. My character's name is Lululu if anyone can help! |

Ive been trying to get in for an hour now, gets stuck at Notifying lobby server of current selections then times out to get a 3113 Protocol time out error. Yet I can get on my alt no problem, only my main is affected. Can anyone help? |

Game accounts can only have 1 character on them now. This was in the works and public info for over a year now! Delete additional characters through https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php If the character you need to delete doesn't show up, re-log into the page until they do. |
