I seem to be having issues with my network connection to the Nasomi servers once in-game. My network speeds usually hover around S200 R500, but I will randomly get spikes were my download speeds drop to R0 for 4-5 seconds and then return. I know this isn't an issue with my internet connection, because I maintain my connection speeds everywhere else during these spikes. Oddly enough, I can even successfully ping both the Nasomi website and the Nasomi server IP during these spikes, which means that it's not even a problem with the connection between my PC and the server, but between the application and the server.

Is this a common problem, and are there any recommended solutions to addressing losses in download speeds?

Mine is Comcast XFINITY. I had one spike that lasted almost 30 seconds a little earlier, and my friend sitting next to me running the game off my internet had not problem. And I was still able to ping the server. The problem doesn't exist anywhere upstream from my PC, it's either a PC hardware issue (which wouldn't explain why it only affects this one program), or it's a software issue.
