I'm doing sandy mission 2-3 and already completed the bastok part by giving the gravel, but now im in windy and the guy in the consulate wont trigger the mission? |

I just traveled back to bastok and talked to everybody in the bastok consulate for sandy and the main guy just says good luck on our mission |
