Windy COP Mission 2-3 windy--> Bastok
currently have spoken to all the people leading up to the dragon fight in wagrhoom shrine in palaborough mines and ive defeated the dragon and got the cutscene but dident get the kindred seal to complete the quest and get the kindred report.
went back and clicked the goblin footprints and nothing. even got a pt together and tried to refight the dragon and wont let me enter.
cannot progess further.
