Soooo.. there was a thread were people were asking (in a quite calm tone tbh) for some information about game support status, as of the last months Nasomi hasn't been answering to help request and people are starting to have serious issues and it just got deleted apparently. I REALLY don't want to start an argument here, even though I don't think deleting threads where users kindly ask for an anwser and criticize the status of support is a fair way to settle things. So if we could leave that aside, could we please get some kind of information about why game support have become non-existant and especially if we can expect issues to be handled in the times to come or if we might expect extra long time for game support to be up and running again Seriously I think most people that play on this server are quite nice and all we're asking for is some update on what's going on since in the last 2 months at least it felt like there's noone managing this server Cheers an affectioned player xx |

Game support is still existent, nasomi talked to me yesterday. Im currently missing all my sky, sea, and abjuration gear for 2 months, and he's spent several hours trying to recreate what went wrong and get it fixed. We get frustrated, we lash out, but unfortunately, there is a lot of coding that nasomi has to sift through to figure out what's wrong sometimes. I think he usually keeps people waiting on a fix, instead of fixing their problem immediately, because this way it forces him to fix the larger problem. He could return my gear, but then he'd forget to figure out what caused it to go missing in the first place. So I know I was dooming and glooming pretty hard in that other thread, but some extremely serious bugs have popped up, and he's been pretty swamped by working on them. Nabutso has been scared off, so now nasomi has about 20 extra hours of work each week helping people. And as usual, with a server this big, an enormous number of those requests are stupid shit, like asking for a 3rd race change or forum searchable questions. |

It is understandable to be frustrated, especially after waiting that long to hear back. I have been waiting 2 weeks thus far and feel quite naked without my stuff ; ;. But not much can be done about it. Just gotta enjoy the game for what it is and hope that someday it will be taken care of.

Can this thread get nuked yet? Also can Flameheart have post privileges taken away?
