I need help with this issue, I have tried to reach out to Nasomi for weeks now and I do not know what more to do. I want to keep leveling my character but this bug won't let me. My character has LB1 completed it is in my completed quest log also. Quests > Completed > Jeuno > "In Defient Challange" For some reason or another, my character is level capped at 50 though in blue with 7799/7800 exp. What can I do to fix this? I cannot level past 50, and I am virtually stuck at this level. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! |

Go to NasChat and send a private message to Nasomi with what you wrote along with your character name. All trouble issues need to be handled that way because Nas himself doesn't monitor the forum. You will probably need to be persistent and repeat your message per day or every other day. |

Feel your pain, on week 3 myself waiting to hear back. I believe someone said they finally heard back recently and their wait was 8-10 weeks. I could be wrong but many ppl have been waiting weeks so you not alone. Julia is right that's pretty much all we can do. Been helping people In naschat get unstuck/fix real basic issues so they don't have to wait to get ported off the bugged airship etc. Hope it gets resolved soon
