I traded NPC 8 Rusty subs, but he didn't take them, now when I try to trade one he says "You've Traded 8 Subligar"
But if I just talk to him he says "You've Tuned in 0 Subligar"
I've tried Logging/Zoning Please Help!

I had a similar issue. Just keep trading more. Eventually it will work. Fortunately, they aren']t too expensive.

Aren't you supposed to turn in 10 for that quest? Did you try trading just 2 more?
