I tried riding the Airship from Windurst to Jeuno, but when the Airship lands, I'm unable to cross the line where the dock meets the Airship. It's acting as if there's no Airship there, as if I were trying to walk into the water off the end of the dock. But I can see the Airship right in front of me, I just can't move onto it.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is this a known issue?

Just to be clear, I have the Airship Pass and I am able to enter the waiting area. I simply can't pass from the dock itself onto the airship.

To rule out client-side issues, I also logged from another PC and waited until the Airship came again. Had the same problem, so client-side issues are very unlikely. Also I had just run File Repair on the initial PC a few days ago.

Edit: I had some time to kill today so I tried boarding the Airship from Port Bastok instead of Port Windurst. This worked fine. It seems that only Windurst is affected.

I see this post has gotten a few views, can anyone test whether they are able to duplicate the issue in Windurst?

I have no idea what the issue was, but I am now able to board no problem. Changing this to Solved.

It happened again. This time I was on a different account/character, and it was from the Bastok -> Jeuno dock.. Again, after not being able to board the airship on one computer, I logged off and logged on from another computer and waited for the airship again. Still couldn't board.

I find it hard to imagine that no one else has run into this issue considering that it's happened to me several times in the past 24 hours. Can anyone chime in here?

I didn't mention before that when it first happened in Windurst, I waited for the airship several times, with both accounts. So this is a recurrent issue.

I don't know specifically what is causing it, unfortunately, or what made it work properly earlier today.

You can't auto run into airships. Did you try walking normally?

Yes, I tried every way i could think of. Autorun, manual, tried /healing for a second beforehand, tried moving to the right, left, and center of the connection, etc...

I am getting this in bastok where the bridge is up at all times so i have to use mog switch and if i want to go to the otherside i get to it via markets,
