So I've tried on 3 different RL days to try and flag the bard AF3 quest and nothing happens from either of the quest giving NPC's in the Merry Minstrel. I have completed all of my other AF pieces at this point.

Help/Advice please!

Talk to Imasuke in Port Jeuno (E-6) by zone to Qufim.

I had the same problem
