You can access the controller setup by going to start > Programs > Playonline > Final Fantasy XI > FFXI Config or on your computer to Playonline > SquareEnix > Final Fantasy XI > ToolsUS and get ffxipadconfig.exe OR by searching your computer for ffxipadconfig.exe
