I had intended to naturally find a lower level LS in the Dunes or Qufim, but everyone just seems to want to PL burn past 25 (in the dunes!)... No skill chains, no magic bursts, No anything.

I had to leave my very first party just after being invited because the highest member was already 24, I was 13. Too low for synch... In the dunes O.o

Got another party, we broke up as some people hit 24 and 25... In the dunes!

Is there a lower level LS that does exp parties and story missions together at normal levels? I thought this was the point of Nasomi...

In my 1-2 years of playing Nasomi I have rarely seen people skillchain/magic burst. It just doesn't happen in exp parties.

As the Nasomi server gets older and older, yeah it seems more and more people have an alt account to PL. I have to imagine WHM players rarely get party invites.
