Wondering if you can help my friend. Hes trying to get in, just did install and cannot log in, he creates charecter and it goes to checking world pass then just does nothing, when he closes and reopens that charecter is not created and he tried restarting pc, but cannot make a charecter and log in, can you help? The same thing happened to me when I joined server a week ago. The reason it does this is because the name he chose is already used. He should try using a very weird name like Zalrhskdn and see if he can log in. If it works he can delete that character and make a new one with a name he likes.
