Post subject: FPS Drop during Fishing

Hello, i have some issue about fishing animation of Character.
Look's like when the reel down animation start(like put away the Pole), FPS drop from 30 to 15, and go back to 30.
I have tryed to unload any plugin, addon, but nothing change.
Someone know if there is a fix for that or is normal fps drop like this?

Really minor issue, but can anything be done about it switching to the 30 FPS cap instead of 60 FPS?
