I'm having a similar issue.
the ashita keeps saying "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling may fix this problem.
Shows for VCRUNTIME140 as well.
Both .dll files are already in my sys32 folder and trying to follow OP when I tried to install c++ redistributable for visual studio 2015 it will not allow me, saying a newer version is already installed.

I literally spent 8-9 hours trying to resolve this over the weekend. I'm trying to set up my mid-2012 Macbook pro with a Win 8.1 bootcamp and this was a major issue (among many like Win 10 not having audio for some reason). I had several .dll errors when I finally got it up and running and even when i tried to manual override them it fixed the .dll but gave me a new 0xc0007f error.

I'd try the following steps.

1. Make sure your laptop has the latest updates (required for .net framework and MS Visual C++). If you do not have the appropriate updates, it will give you errors like "this standalone installer isn't compatible with your machine"
2. install/ Uninstall and Reinstall Direct X
3. Install/ Uninstall and Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 as well as latest .net framework (4.7.2 iirc)
4. If all else fails completely remove Nasomi re-install it.

I was finally able to get everything to run flawlessly with those steps.
