I tried to install the game on my laptop and when I run the ashita I skip this error and it will not let me finish with the installation.


EDIT: I already solved the problem I had not installed Framework 3.5.
EDIT 2: But now I have another problem, when I go to log in the ashita shows me this...




Can you tell me what I could do?

Edit: Problem solved. Just kept trying and eventually got in.

That happens when the launcher can't find ffxi. Forcing a file check can fix it. When you launch POL and go to check files and change the dropdown to ffxi, what version number does it display?

So it seems I didn't run the 64 bit even though my pc is 64 bit oops....I'll try this again and will post back later to let you know if it's fixed or not

There is your issue. There should be a version number. You need to update your client by clicking check files.

Well to update, there was a version number, followed the last couple steps, tried to boot up ffxi via Ashita and it went back to unknown version....

Try doing a windows update after installing the runtimes/framework
