Hey guys so i'm stuck at the part where im download the repair files, i left it overnight and it got stuck at "Download 28.Dat" with the files remainig being smth like at 23% down. Than i quit the POL and redid the whole proccess again and this time it got stuck again at the same part "Download 28.Dat" but this time files remaining is 0%. So why cant i download this .dat file?

Im using windows 7 enterprise edition, 64 bit.
