While using arrow buttons or joystick any way to make it more sensitive and pan quicker? Camera view spinning etc

Make sure your current FPS is your max fps to get the max turn rate. So if you have 30 fps cap, make sure you're actually running at 30 too.

I'm not sure about quicker, but I find 60 fps makes it smoother.

Thanks i think im limited to 30 or 45 fps im assuming thats fps 2 or 1.5 or .5s not an option?

Just stay on the default (fps 2).
