Ashita keeps saying "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling may fix this problem.
Shows for VCRUNTIME140 as well.
Both .dll files are already in my sys32 folder and trying to follow OP when I tried to install c++ redistributable for visual studio 2015 it will not allow me, saying a newer version is already installed.

Attempted to reinstall multiple times to no avail. HALP!

Solved it.
I had to delete distributable 2017 before I was allowed to install 2015 then installed 2017 again.
Microsoft is such a pain in the ass sometimes.
