Sorry, but I haven't seen this before. Try just reinstalling?

Try installing/updating to get the relevant stuff, since the installer doesn't seem to be doing it for you (or you just need to finish updating): http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... is_missing

The update was not required. The issue was with visual c++ redistributable for visual studio 2015. Downloaded and conducted a repair resolved the issue. Game is running without a hitch now.

Sounds good. When the wiki is up, I'll update the relevant entry for the troubleshooting page.

I'm having a similar issue.
the ashita keeps saying "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling may fix this problem.
Shows for VCRUNTIME140 as well.
Both .dll files are already in my sys32 folder and trying to follow OP when I tried to install c++ redistributable for visual studio 2015 it will not allow me, saying a newer version is already installed.
