Hi everybody!

I'm new to FFIX, and I just decide to begin by playing this version. But, here is my problem: I had installed the NasomiV20, but when I want to begint the game, right after the log in, begins a installation process for PlayOnline Viewer - TetraMaster and I get the following message: "The feature you are trying to use in on a network resoucer that is unavaible. Clok OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'PlayOnline Viewer_Tetra Master.msi' in the box below.

So far i have tried:
- Re-starting my computer.
- uninstalling and reinstalling Nasomi
- To cancel the PlayOnline configuration before I get the message
- To search a PlayOnline archive / folder in the computer (it does not exists).

So I hope maybe you have a solution?

I'm also having the same issue but I've reinstalled Nasomi three times now with no fix.

Try to go to add/remove programs in the control panels, see if playonline is listed there, and if so, uninstall it.
