So I just installed the game and am super excited about playing FFXI again but I'm having an issue. Right after the character creation and name selection it's asking me for a 'Gold World Pass'. I don't have one nor do I know where to get one if needed. The protocol times out with an error code: FFXI-3113. Please help. Thank You.

That means the name is taken.

To fix it, close the game, log in again, and try a new name.

Thank you. After some more digging in the forums I found someone with the same issue and they said that was probably what it was. It's all fixed now. :)
