I had an account here several years ago - around 2014/2015. I finally have some more free time to myself and wanted to pick up FFXI again. Is there anyway that I can recover my old account? I had assumed that it was wiped at some point over the years, but I cannot create a new character as my old account name is taken (presumably by my old account). Is it possible to either recover my old account or do I just need to start over using a different name? My old character name was Bermy.

Thanks Nab. Unfortunately, I have no idea what my old account info was given it's age and, even after trying my usual username combined with my prior email addresses was unable to retrieve the account. Is there any other way for me to try to retrieve my old account?
