W10 Laptop - Game ran previously, then randomly (rather, I believe after a Windows update) the launcher will not work.

I'm certain it's not anti-virus at this point as I've done a full wipe of my PC (this needed to happen anyway). I've re-installed Nasomi v20 via the installer page (though the .exe, within the dialog, says it's v19?). I'm not sure what else. I can do.

Any help is appriceated!

Installing retail or another server can cause this, but note that the link to the issue on the wiki page isn't what you're experiencing, that's a different issue.

Please try to be more descriptive about what is happening
