With the extreme amount of fake tickets, players not following directions tickets, spam bot tickets, it's become a full time job just to sift through the crap to get to the actual tickets for players needing legitimate help. This has resulted in obscene delays for legitimate issues, and it just isn't working out.

As a result, JIRA is being shut down, and all support is being moved to NasChat.
