Some Background
I use to play retail World of Warcraft up until the Cataclysm expansion, then I hopped over to the private server scene. Going on 12 years of that (6 retail,6 private) now I'm finally, officially, 100% completely burned out from that game. I could replay every zone, quest & boss encounter in my sleep it's that bad I've also been a hardcore Final Fantasy fan for the last two decades so after I remembered that one time I played FFXI on my friends sisters account, I searched the web for private servers. Looks like Nasomi is the place to be at so here I am. I'm really excited to be playing FFXI as it's the only Final Fantasy I haven't got to experience firsthand. Hope to see you all in-game!

Im also totally new to FF11 I played 14 for about a year but got tired of the monthly sub... any advice for one new to 11?
